1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Boxi Marketing website (boximarketing.com) or any services offered by Boxi Marketing ("Boxi", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Boxi Marketing provides AI-powered local marketing services including Google Business Profile management, review generation, search advertising, and related services for local service businesses. The specific scope of services, deliverables, and fees for each engagement are set out in a separate Service Agreement or Statement of Work.

No contract for marketing services is formed by your use of this website. A binding agreement exists only when a signed Service Agreement is in place between you and Boxi Marketing.

3. Cancellation and refunds

Either party may cancel a Boxi Marketing service engagement by providing 30 days' written notice to the other party via email. Notice from clients should be sent to hello@boximarketing.com.

Billing: Services are billed monthly in advance. Upon cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No refunds are issued for any portion of a prepaid billing period that remains unused at the time of cancellation.

Client data upon cancellation: Following cancellation, we will retain your data for 30 days during which you may request an export. After 30 days, your data will be deleted from our systems unless we are required by law to retain it.

Boxi Marketing reserves the right to terminate a service engagement immediately and without refund if a client is found to be in material breach of these Terms or the applicable Service Agreement.

4. SMS communications

By providing your mobile phone number to Boxi Marketing — whether through a website form, during client onboarding, or via a separate opt-in — you consent to receive SMS text messages from us related to our services. These may include campaign updates, appointment reminders, and service notifications.

• Message frequency: Up to 4 messages per month, depending on your service package.
• Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier's standard rates.
• To opt out: Reply STOP to any SMS message at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and will not receive further SMS from us.
• For help: Reply HELP to any message or email hello@boximarketing.com.

5. Website use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of this website or its systems
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any content from this website without our written permission
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract content from this website

6. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and code — is the property of Boxi Marketing or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not use our name, logo, or brand materials without prior written consent.

The free 15-minute strategy call is offered at no charge and with no obligation to purchase services. Boxi Marketing reserves the right to decline or reschedule calls at its discretion.

Downloadable resources (such as the "100 Google Reviews in 90 Days" playbook) are provided for informational purposes only. Results mentioned are illustrative and not guaranteed. By requesting a resource, you agree to receive communications from Boxi Marketing as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

This website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boxi Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
