1. Who we are

Boxi Marketing ("Boxi", "we", "us", or "our") is an AI-native marketing agency based in Charlotte, NC. We operate the website at boximarketing.com and related sub-pages. Questions about this policy can be directed to hello@boximarketing.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect information in the following ways:

  • Information you provide directly — When you book a strategy call, submit a contact form, or download a lead magnet, you provide us your name, email address, phone number, business name, and any other details you include in your message.
  • Usage data — We use PostHog (an analytics platform) to collect anonymised data about how visitors interact with our site, including pages visited, time on page, and click events. No personally identifiable information is attached to these events without your consent.
  • Cookies — We use a single first-party cookie (boxi-theme) to remember your light/dark mode preference. We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

3. How we use your information

  • To send you the resource you requested (e.g. the free playbook PDF)
  • To respond to your enquiry or schedule the strategy call you booked
  • To send follow-up emails related to our services, if you have opted in or if permitted under applicable law
  • To analyse and improve our website and marketing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.

4. Email communications

By submitting your email address, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your request (e.g. a confirmation email after booking a call or downloading a resource). We may also send marketing emails about our services. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send.

We send email via Resend (resend.com). Your email address is transmitted to Resend solely for the purpose of sending the email. Resend's privacy policy is available at resend.com/privacy.

5. Calendar bookings

Strategy calls are booked through Cal.com. When you book a call, Cal.com collects your name, email, and any notes you provide. Cal.com's privacy policy is available at cal.com/privacy.

6. Data retention

We retain contact form submissions and booking data for up to 2 years, or for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@boximarketing.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including:

  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you
  • The right to request correction of inaccurate data
  • The right to request deletion of your data
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications
